 We don't allow exchanges because most items are made to order and we don't keep extra on hand or we can't guarantee what we do have on hand.

Your order will be charged at the time of shipment.

If you’ve paid with Paypal or a Gift Card, the payment will go through as soon as the purchase is completed.

Real One Exclusives is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again.
